Job Description
    Manage multiple projects
    - Have an end date for the project from where the rest of the associated tasks will be
    backtracked
    - Create a detailed project plan with well-defined milestones, start date and end date
    including task dependencies
    - Have single technical focal for each task
    - Track the status of the project tasks
    - Resolve project tasks related issues and where needed liaise and enable support functions /
    systems for issue resolution
    - Escalate and flag any issues immediately to all QRS internal stakeholders
    - Be the customer focal point or work with the customer focal point to clearly articulate the
    project status
    - Work with the customer or with the customer focal to get any required data inputs from the
    customer
    - Mark any out of scope requests and articulate the additional efforts required to complete
    the taks and its overall impact to the project timelines
    - Work with the testing team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all integrated
    testing before releasing it to the customer for UAT
    - Assist in creating user guides and training material for the customers
    - Set up and drive periodic status meetings with all involved teams and provide minutes of the
    meeting and clearly articulated and assigned actions
    - Work with the technical team to analyse each tasks and its impact on other tasks and
    project deliverables
    - Ensure availability of all requisite pre-prod and prod licenses, test and prod environment
    and other needed infrastructure for the project
    - Ability to create Gantt Charts and use other PM related tools such as Excel, basecamp / MS
    Project etc..
    - Should be familiar with creating Pivot Tables and comfortable with Excel
